The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders across Leadership, Brand Management, International Business, and Operations to solve complex people challenges and accelerate business results. They will serve as the trusted HR advisor who transforms organizational potential into measurable success.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Lead executive and critical role recruitment across all business functions
  • Build talent pipelines for high-impact positions
  • Design seamless onboarding experiences that drive early success

Business Partnership & Advisory

  • Serve as primary HR consultant to department heads
  • Translate business objectives into actionable people strategies
  • Proactively identify organizational risks and opportunities

People Development & Performance

  • Guide managers through performance management and employee development
  • Drive engagement initiatives that boost retention and productivity
  • Manage senior-level confirmation processes

Organizational Excellence

  • Lead change management initiatives during periods of growth
  • Resolve complex employee relations matters with discretion
  • Ensure HR compliance while enabling business agility

Essential Experience

  • 5+ years HR Business Partner experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare
  • Proven track record in executive recruitment and stakeholder management
  • Strong business acumen with ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving ability
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence
