| Job Description: |
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Infrastructure Specialist who has a basic understanding of virtualization technologies, server hardware, SAN/NAS storage, and networking. This role is ideal for entrylevel candidates who want to build their careers in enterprise IT infrastructure and learn from senior team members.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of virtualization concepts (VMware vSphere, Nutanix, or similar platforms).
- Understanding of server hardware (HP, Dell, Lenovo) and its basic components.
- Awareness of SAN/NAS storage technologies and basic storage concepts (iSCSI, NFS).
- Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
- Degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or related fields is a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or entrylevel VMware certifications).

To handle this task, we get our engineers trained with our principals (OEMs) after the procurement of the machines. In addition to providing a prompt response to the customers, the services provided from our company helps our principals to avoid unnecessary on-site visits by their engineers, which at times can become quite expensive/ difficult especially due to insurance/security problems.
