What You Will Be Doing:

Client-Centric Advisory

• Cultivate strong, high-touch client relationships, collaborating to deeply understand their business challenges and objectives, and delivering exceptional service

• Provide strategic guidance across projects, with a focus on financial analysis, data analysis, market analysis, and operations management to shape vision, mission, and strategy

• Support clients in market expansion, new market entry, and business model transitions

• Develop and present comprehensive strategic recommendations through polished slide work

• Lead market, competitive, and customer research to inform business strategies

• Utilize financial modeling to assess business opportunities and drive performance improvements

Project and Stakeholder Management

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and managing scope to client’s budget

• Oversee project management and process optimization to ensure milestones are met within budget and timelines

• Communicate complex research findings and strategic analysis through clear, concise presentations for stakeholders

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with proposed strategies through thorough analysis and planning

Leadership and Development

• Manage small project teams, acting as a player-coach to define project scope, develop implementation plans, and providing mentoring to junior team members through oversight and quality assurance

• Identify and facilitate opportunities for training and development, ensuring junior team members have access to resources that enhance their expertise

• Drive the delivery of high-quality work, on time and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and team leadership

Hypothesis Driven Problem Solving and Analysis

• Develop and implement structured approaches that address complex, ambiguous problems, ensuring that solutions are both practical and effective

• Transform abstract information into structured, actionable solutions by applying problem-solving techniques to evaluate information, identify trends, and formulate recommendations

• Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover root causes of complex business problems, using data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights

Experience and Attributes

Successful candidates will likely possess the following:

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred

• 6+ years of experience with at least 4+ years in strategy consulting or similar role.  Big firm experience a plus 

• Industry experience in Healthcare, Consumer Goods & Services, Finance and Professional & Business services preferred 

• Strong project management, process optimization, and presentation skill sets

• Proven track record of providing high-level advisory services, with a strong client focus

• Ability to lead and effectively manage teams

• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, global environment with a client-centric approach
