We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate records, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track outstanding receivables and overdue accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly closing by providing accurate receivables data and reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth billing and collections.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the AR ledger and accounting system.
