We seek a visionary Blockchain Lead to spearhead projects involving Bitcoin forks, Ethereum smart contracts, centralized/decentralized exchange (CEX/DEX) development/integrations, and decentralized protocol development. You will work independently and with other teams of developers, architects, and researchers to design, build, and deploy next-generation blockchain solutions.  

Key Responsibilities  

1. Technical Leadership

• Architect and implement blockchain solutions for Bitcoin forks (e.g., consensus upgrades, tokenomics, node infrastructure).  
• Develop and audit Ethereum smart contracts (Solidity/Vyper) for DeFi, NFTs, and enterprise dApps.  
• Design secure, high-throughput crypto exchange systems (centralized and decentralized) with cross-chain interoperability.  
• Drive R&D for decentralized protocols (e.g., governance models, DAOs, privacy layers).  

2. Project Execution  

•  Lead Bitcoin fork initiatives, including chain splits, network upgrades, and community governance.  
•  Optimize Ethereum Layer 2 solutions (Rollups, sidechains) and EVM-compatible chains.  
•  Integrate exchange APIs (CEX/DEX) for liquidity aggregation, order book management, and compliance.  
• Build decentralized identity, storage, or compute solutions (e.g., IPFS, DID, oracles).  

3. Team Management  

• Mentor developers in blockchain best practices, cryptography, and security.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, DevOps) to align technical and business goals.  

4. Industry Innovation  

• Stay ahead of trends in Bitcoin improvements (Taproot, Lightning Network), Ethereum upgrades (EIPs, Proto-Danksharding), and regulatory shifts.
• Carry out research and development activities to work on new/novel ideas.  

Qualifications  

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Cryptography, or related field.  

Experience:

•  5+ years in blockchain development, with 2+ years in leadership roles.  
•  Hands-on experience with Bitcoin Core, Ethereum clients (Geth/Nethermind), and crypto exchanges (Binance/Uniswap APIs).  
•  Proven track record in Bitcoin forks (e.g., Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin) and Ethereum hard forks.  
•  Expertise in consensus algorithms (PoW, PoS, DPoS), cryptographic principles, and token standards (ERC-20/721).  

Technical Skills:

• Languages: Solidity, Rust, Go, Python, JavaScript.  
• Tools: Truffle, Hardhat, Foundry, Git, Docker.  
• Platforms: Hyperledger, Substrate, Cosmos SDK (optional but preferred).  

Preferred Skills  

• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects (GitHub profile required).  
•  Experience with zero-knowledge proofs (zk-SNARKs/zk-STARKs) or MEV mitigation.  
•  Certifications: Chainlink Expert, AWS Blockchain, or Ethereum Developer.
