Job Description:

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Call Center to lead and scale our customer engagement operations. If you're passionate about health, customer experience, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibles:


  1. Create and Track Telemarketing/Call Center Agent Goals

  2. Manage day-to-day operations and projects and also oversee task implementation.

  3. Participating in recruiting Call Center Agents team members

  4. KPI Tracking and Achievement and Prepare performance report

  5. Staff training and motivation

  6. Speak English (Know Russian is a plus)

  7. Experienced in Sales/Marketing Call Center min. 2 years

  8. Management/managerial experience min. 2 years

  9. Work experience with CRM

  10. Ambition, Energyc, and Charisma

  11. Result Orientation and Analytical Skill
