We are seeking aInternational Payroll Specialistto manage payroll processing, timesheet calculations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience inpayroll managementand be proficient inQuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of employee information, including salary changes, benefits, and deductions.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary changes to payroll processes.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll processing.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software systems.
• Generate payroll-related reports for management and external auditors.
• Participate in payroll audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Note : Timings: 5 pm till 2 am (Night Shift)
