Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage orders received through the Shopify store
• Meta Ad Manager.
• Conduct order confirmation calls to customers to verify purchase details.
• Create shipping labels and coordinate packing of orders.
• Track dispatched orders and follow up with logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Respond promptly to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Address customer concerns, order-related issues, or inquiries in a professional manner.

Social Media Engagement:

• Maintain a responsive presence on social media platforms to engage with potential and existing customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:Currently pursuing or completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms (preferred).
• Basic understanding of accounting or order management software.
