You will be responsible for providing quality services that meet technical, quality, and regulatory standards. Here's a breakdown of their key duties and requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Sales and Account Management: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, meet daily and monthly sales quotas, and manage existing customer accounts
- Order Management: Enter and confirm sales orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely response to customer inquiries
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or relevant teams
- Communication: Provide product information, answer customer questions, and communicate effectively with internal teams
Requirements and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: 06 - 01years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or product
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
- Time management and organizational skills
Requirement:
