Job Description: |
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Process orders, and modifications, and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and company policies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
