Job Description: |
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, particularly within the dairy industry. The role requires a proactive leader who is capable of driving HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and relevant organizations.
- Handle performance management processes and provide coaching to managers and staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources management, ideally within the dairy industry.
- Experience working in a dairy manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong background in corporate HR management and generalist HR functions.
- Proven ability to manage complex HR issues and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Extensive external network with government bodies, banks, and other key institutions.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Chinese Language is a plus.
- Study-abroad experience in China will be considered an asset.
