Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
Client Services:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Gather and maintain client information and documents.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests.
Administrative Support:
- Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage filing systems and organize electronic documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
Office Management:
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Technology Support: Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist with remote access and virtual meetings.
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional office setting is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access.
