Job Description: |
- Lead curriculum development efforts, designing frameworks, courses, and instructional materials in alignment with educational standards and institutional goals.
- Collaborate closely with faculty members to ensure that curriculum design meets educational objectives and instructional needs.
- Conduct research to stay abreast of current educational trends and best practices, integrating innovative teaching methodologies and technologies into curriculum development processes.
- Design assessment strategies and tools to measure student learning outcomes, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and enhance curriculum quality.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and accreditation requirements in curriculum design processes, conducting periodic reviews and audits.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty members and staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge in curriculum design and instructional strategies.
- Collaborate with administrators, department heads, and other stakeholders to communicate curriculum objectives, solicit feedback, and address concerns related to curriculum design and implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of curriculum documents, revisions, and updates, generating reports and documentation as required by institutional policies and regulatory bodies.
- Provide support and guidance to students regarding curriculum requirements, course selection, and academic planning, addressing student concerns and facilitating communication between students and faculty.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts in curriculum design processes, engaging in reflective practices to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
