Accounts and Finance Duties and Responsibilities:

• Record purchases, vendor bills and manage accounts payables.
• Process vendor payments.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding invoice and payment-related matters.
• Record Invoices and manage accounts Receivable.
• Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy of data.
• Finalise bank reconciliations.
• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and investigate problems.
• Evaluate, analyse, and prioritize data in various forms and formats.
• Record expense vouchers and ensure timely disbursement of payments.

Taxation Duties and Responsibilities:

• Finalise monthly sales tax return.
• Ensure accurate deduction of WHT on payments made to Vendors.
• Finalise and submit quarterly WHT statement.
• Finalise income tax data.
• Respond to FBR notices in correspondence with tax lawyer.

Imports Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create import purchase orders.
• Finalise all duties and taxes related to imports.
• Correspond with bank to ensure timely receiving of documents.
• Finalise all banking documentation like LC etc.
• Monitor LC limits of different banks.
• Correspond with clearing agent to ensure timely clearance of goods from port.
• Finalise costings
