Job Description:
  • Organize interviews, conduct reference checks for the possible candidates.
  • Coordinate with office & field staff on all HR related matters, required information and vice versa.
  • Provided support on all HR related matters, concerns of team at Head Office.
  • Assist in maintaining & updating Staff Leave Balance.
  • Provide support in Yearly/Mid-Year Performance Appraisal activity.
  • Personnel Files management as per IHHN policies and procedures/documentation.
  • Regular Maintenance and updating of all employees’ Personal files.
  • Maintain and update employee’s data base/HMIS.
  • Assist supervisor/staff with medical reimbursement claims.
  • Assist supervisor/staff with monthly attendance reports.
  • Plan and develop orientation materials and ensure new employees are properly oriented/on boarded.
  • Data entry for various reports.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor.
