- Attending inquires from customers recieved from various media e.g. telephonic, electronic, walk-in etc.
- Preperation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Followup with potential customers in lieu of furnished proposals.
- Incorporating revisions in proposals (if any)
- Followup to secure order, relevant mobilization payment, internal followup with production, store and accounts department.
- To be proficient in dealing company products in terms of range, specification and technical applications - Assist immediate supervisor to provide focused sales to customers.
- Work closely with the supervisor for business sales development and strategies.
- Keep track of market situation and trend
- To pursue and follow-up technical sales to assigned group of industries, projects, clients, regions and/or cities.
- Work under the supervision of the team-leader/immediate supervisor to improve effectiveness of sales team(s) and to increase access to industrial business.
- Provide prompt backup support to customers; give positive response on customer inquiries, and provide feedback for action taken to resolve queries.
- Ensure the submission of timely reports, documenting sales activities and customer visits.
- Complete reporting of sales opportunities, sales activities, customer visits, market trends and competitor information etc.
- Co-ordinate and communicate with staff from other functional areas within the company to confirm the status of orders, customer invoicing, deliveries, and resolution of customer complaints.
- Coordinate with the customer for reconciling and timely collection of outstanding payments and related matters.
