At L2N Digital Markting & Software Agency, we are looking for an online bidder who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process. Be able to proactively assesses & understand client needs. Internally work with our team to understand the needs of the client and align the Proposal to precisely achieve their business goals.

The person must have:

• Prior experience in software or Web Development Company.
• Strong communication skills, i.e. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must have Understanding of IT outsourcing business, in general, and should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), with Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Graphic Design, Web Design & Web Application Development, Digital Marketing and SEO.

(The selected individual however will need to work on sites like Upwork and Freelancer.com etc.)

Job Specification:

• Generating lead/ business through online freelancing portal likes upwork, freelancer, etc.
• Draft emails and proposals for projects
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Make cold calls for new business leads
• Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
• Should be comfortable in client interaction
• Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.
• Being fully responsible for the bids in scope, managing time and prioritizing accordingly.- Honesty, Dedication, and Hardworking
• Project Management Skills
• The right person needs to have well-rounded awareness as well as special bidding experience on Website Designing/ Development.
