Job Description: |
We are looking for an in-house legal affairs specialist who will guide the company on the following matters:
- Provide legal advise on business issues and company strategies
- Develop a panel of outside counsels
- Oversee the work of outside counsels
- Collaborate with management to devise efficient legal defense strategies
- Communicate and negotiate with government bodies
- Prepare and submit documents to government bodies or financial institutions
- Attend court dates and provide detailed account to management
- Assist Management in wrapping up current litigation
- File and Organize all court document
- Advise company on HR/Taxation issues
- Provide overall litigation support
- Ensure legal conformity and minimize exposure to legal risk
- Offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
Requirements:
- 4-5 years experience as attorney
- Excellent first hand knowledge of the court system from Civil to Supreme Court
- Active bar membership
- Expertise in Civil Law, Rent Law, CDA Ordinance and By Laws, Contract Law, Tax Law, Company Law
Skills:
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity
- Excellent Legal and Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently
- Task Oriented
