Responsibilities will include:
- boosting sales
- enhancing profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range
- of fitness activities and programmers
- managing budgets
- promoting and marketing the business
- maintaining AimFit quality standards
- recruiting, training and supervising staff
- keeping customer, statistical and financial records
- maintaining fitness equipment
- ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- maintaining customer service standards
- undertaking administrative tasks
- Dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
