Job Description:

·         To assist Area Program Manager in organizing meetings with Key stakeholders, line departments, and other humanitarian agencies at the provincial level.

·         Proper record keeping, note taking and meeting minute’s circulation to Area office Management, SMT and senior management.

·         Provide support to Area Program Manager to ensure regular participation in all meetings, seminars and workshop when and where required.

·         To build and maintain positive working relationships with Project team leads, stakeholders, communities, other organizations and government line departments.

·         Managing a constant and efficient relationships with the key stakeholders both internal & external.

·         He/she will be providing the organization with a one-stop communications to all concerns through mail, phone or social media.

·         Ensure effective reporting, documentation and knowledge management within the organization and to external audience for effective communications.

·         Develop, implement and monitor a reporting calendar or plan to facilitate better understanding among partners and government about organization as an organization and program progress of projects.

·         He /she will be expected to develop good quality narrative reports, with the support of the respective project team, for onwards submission to Senior Management and Donors.

·         Undertake filed visits to gather the information and results related to the program and provide feedback to Area Office management.

·         With input from senior colleagues, help to produce high quality program progress reports as per donors and requirements

·         Management of service delivery, including quality assurance, accountability and sustainability.

·         To ensure that organization repute is enhanced through regular programmatic interaction and communication with respective authorities through appropriate forums.

·         Provide support and assistance to the management in the submission of project NOC application and NOC extension application to FDMA, PDMA and DOP in a timely manner.

·         Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the organization and the other entities i.e. provincial government, line departments, communities and other humanitarian agencies. 

Proper knowledge and information management to facilitate the area office management regarding the required information and documentation when & where required.
