| Job Description: |
Managing network operations, network management/monitoring/ troubleshooting, Support for VPNs, DPLCs links, switching, firewall systems.
- IT support, networking & System Administrations, and software/applications support for call centers.
- Manage Monthly roster for team
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wired/wireless LAN)
- Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to upgrades including Network/Inter-Network Operating Systems, patches, and security configurations
- Ensuring maintenance of complete network availability, security, and reliability, inclusive of performance monitoring, day to day network operations, preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Provide Level 2 and Layer 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network/system issues
- Securing network and communication systems by establishing and enforcing policies and implementing access control
- Liaison with vendors & internal IT personnel for issue/problem resolution and for IT related Procurements.
- Maintain documents for ISMS Audit like Change request form, Installationplans, Incident log forms, Inventory sheets and Vendor bills.
- Data Center operations.
