| Job Description: |
- Managing all general administration activities.
- Respond to phone calls/public inquiries.
- Technical hands-on experience in maintenance of electrical equipment, AC, UPS, generators, vehicles, furniture, purchasing, staff management.
- Responsible for all billing and maintenance related work.
- Proper filing is maintained and updated in the MIS format for all concerns related to Admin Dept.
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
- Hands-on experience of repair and maintenance of office equipment.
- Provide administrative services for the Executive Director.
Position Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum 1-5 years’ experience in Administration.
- Must be honest and trustworthy.
- Must demonstrate sound work ethics.
- The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Time management skills.
- Must have excellent English verbal and written skills.
