This job will require dealing with and handling customer queries and existing company clients.

It includes providing them all online front desk support answering their queries, brief them about the products on offer regarding the call center backup solutions taking their queries and forwarding them to the concerns department and etc.

This position is about generating online sales and giving customer care services pre and post sales.

Must have Very good English speaking skills. Knowledge of working in a B2B campaign is plus.
