Must have:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design and web development.
• Knowledge of the major design, usability, accessibility and navigational issues associated with complex web sites and web standards.
• Highly developed analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability in effectively organising work and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong attention to detail, planning and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of search engine optimisation techniques is desirable.
