Job Description:

We are looking for Fresh and Experienced Telemarketing Executives for USA based project. Night Shift.

Applicants with positive attitude, good listening and communication skills will preferred.

Applicants with following skills would qualify:

Excellent communication skills (English)

Previous Call Center Experience (Preferred)

Must be able To handle calls outbound (Sales)

Follow Script for all calls.

Understand nature of call and action according to relevant procedure.

Update correct information.

Confirm key details with caller before ending call

Transfer calls to correct departments when required using appropriate transfer procedure

Ensure procedures are strictly adhered to and any issues are highlighted to the supervisor/team leader.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills,Fluent English
