1. Making all cash and bank payment and receipt vouchers on ERP.
2. Making a bank reconciliation at the start of every month and make the necessary corrections.
3. Reconciling ledger of customers, outlets mainly, on monthly basis or any interval specified by the management.
4. Tally receivable or payable amount of outlets on daily basis.
5. Check previous day’s cash and bank book on daily basis and report to the management in case of any query.
6. Present all the cheques in the bank on the dates specified and follow any bounced cheques and report to the management.
7. Reconcile ledger of parties every month or any interval specified by the management and report in case of any query.
8. Produce a week to week budget of making payments to the vendors of the entire month.
9. Passing JVs of the commission given to the outlets.
10. Making a report of the expenses of the month, 3 months and on yearly basis or any intervals specified by the company and work on how to reduce expenses in order to increase revenue.
11. Making a sale report of the entire company at the end of the month.
12. Follow all the receivables of the outlets on weekly basis, Contact the accountants of outlets in order to create a report of the payments due and received, and create an aging report on the intervals specified by the company and report in to the management accordingly.
13. Create an aging report of the payments due of the vendors of company.
14. Checking cash and bank book of all the outlets on daily basis.
15. Tally cheques and cash in the cash drawer on daily basis or any interval specified by the company.
16. Producing a Balance sheet at the end of every month.
17. Producing an income statement at the end of every month.
18. A report on analysis on income statement, balance sheet and expenses month to month and year to year.
19. Produce a cash flow statement at the end of every month or any intervals specified by the company.
20. Company reserves all the rights to amend any of the above mentioned jobs to be performed.
