| Job Description: |
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication with English speaking skills and the ability to generate strong and lasting relationships with customers.
- Basic knowledge of Automation / SCADA Systems, PLC/DCS system, Industrial Automation Topologies /Architectures and Instrumentation.
- Develop business relationship with existing customers and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Perform market studies, collect customer and competitor's market information.
- Identify new sales opportunities, discover new businesses.
- Find out the customer requirements and provide application assistance.
- Present new technologies and products to the customers.
- Selection of suitable solutions and products.
- Work out commercial and technical quotations.
- Negotiations with the customer on commercial and technical aspects of a project.
- Project management and project follow ups, liase with team members home and abroad.
- Make sure implementation of supply contract, from before shipping of the product until receiving the payment from the customer.
- Keep in good touch with customer, deal with customer complaints and prepare sales forecasts accurately.
