Job Summary
This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between marketing and business development team. The candidate will liaison with business development and sales team regarding samples. The candidate will provide support in all forms of marketing activities as well be a part of business development function which also involves responding to inquires over the phone and digital platforms.
Job Description:
- Respond to all inquiries over the phone in professional and timely mannerCompile data base of emails and possible lists for promotional emails.Consolidate timely and accurate information related to new business leads.Assist line manager in execution of events.
- Keep record of available marketing collateral and communicate to marketing executive regarding any company wide requirements.
- Fetch samples from potential leads if required by business development team.
- Assist senior management at presentations, report writing and communication.
- Facilitate activation of marketing activities on ground and also support marketing team to send and receive various documents.
