Responsibilities and Duties
- An inbound call centre of a British travel company . You need to take calls from prospective travellers looking for bookings flights and holidays worldwide fromUK
- To coordinate with Airlines and Tour Operators and handle all reservations resulting from travel based promotions.
- To ensure that all reservations comply with IATA, ATOL and ABTA regulations.
- To quote, book and assist incentive campaigns.
- Special Software Knowledge Preferred: Worldspan, Galileo, Amadeus, Holiday Package and Ground Handler Negotiation.
