Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective leads; develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet research, Linkedin.


• Work with the marketing and design teams on demand generation campaigns.


• Promote Design Bee Technologies products and services.  Identify, qualify and build solid, relationships across all levels in order to sell our services.


• Identifying the need of the prospect by engaging them in proper conversation through cold calling and pitch them with a solution tailored according to their needs.


• Manage the full sales cycle working with sales targets.


• EOB reporting to BD manger. 

Job Timings: 6pm-3am 

Skills:

• Must have strong communication skills in order to communicate, present, assert, negotiate and speak to all the different stakeholders involved, he must also be able to cold call prospects with confidence  


• Must have some experience in inside sales / B2B Sales.


•  Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple parties from inside and outside the company  


• Possess excellent IT skills and a genuine passion for business process improvement


• Team player and must be flexible


• Excellent Problem solving and trouble shooting skills


• Strong analytical abilities to quantify and propose relevant solutions.
