Accounting Cycle for five (5) companies:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Petty Cash Reconciliation
- Cash Management
- Revenue Recognition
- Invoices for sales
- Challans for Keystone Academy
- Expense Entries and Accruals
- Depreciation
- Supplies
- Admission Fees
- Filing of Sales Tax and Income Tax Returns
- Maintain Schedules e.g. Fixed Assets, Admission Fees, Employees, Customers etc
- Payroll of 75+ employees (Attendance, benefits etc)
- Inventory Tracking and Schedules
- Related Parties Eliminating Entries
- Generation of Financial Statements (consolidated and unconsolidated)

Additional Tasks:
- Consolidation of Financial Statements
- In Depth Analysis of Financial Data
- Database Management – Updating, proper classifications
- Client Dealings (Local and Foreign)
- Billings (A/R and A/P) Management
- Female Candidates Only
- ACCA (Affiliate, Professional Level) / CMA (Student & Completed)/ MBA
- Experienced with MS Office, Peachtree or any other accounting programs
- Proven Excellent written skills
- Excellent Communication and Interactive Skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proven work ethic and dedicated / Progressive mind set
