We are seeking telesales agents to join our team!!!

The main tasks and responsibilities include:

• On a daily basis, the agent will be making outbound calls to maintain their personal targets.
• Daily follow up of outstanding requests from customers.
• Achieving 100% of monthly personal targets and team targets.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge to ensure that the customer understands the product offering and as result purchases the correct product.

Minimum requirements:

• At least matriculation or more.
• fresh or Sales marketing experience will also be an advantage.
• Good verbal communication skills in English. Additional skills:
• The successful applicant must display strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A high level of EQ, and must be customer focused.
• The individual must be target driven with an ability to close deals over the phone.
• Persistence is vital to the sales cycle therefore you must have the determination to succeed.
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
• You must be proactive and work creatively to increase sales so that you meet and exceed targets.
