Job Description: |
IDMPakistan, premier digital marketing training company is looking for an energetic and results oriented telesales and customer service representative.
Main duties include:
Customer service duties:
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Answer all emails
- Maintrain relationship with current clients via whatsapp, email and phone.
- Solve all queries of current clients and maintain trust and respect with them
- Call current clients for installment collections
- Call current clients for feedback
Telesales responsibilities:
- Making daily phone calls to potential customers
- Converting calls into sales
- Giving a demo of the training over the phone
- Meeting monthly targets of sales via phone
Essential Skills and Education Required:
- Graduation (B.com, BBA or equivalent)
- Having at least 1-3 years of call-center experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Extraordinary communication skills
- Ability to work with patience and courtesy in customer relations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a diverse workload.
It will be a PLUS if you possess digital marketing knowledge |
