| Job Description: |
- Floating performance reviews of all af employees (probation, extension/retirement & annual)
- Conduct hr external and internal audit
- Industrial relation functions like EOBI & social security, issues and payments
- Handling of all matters related to group health and group life insurance of employees (addition/deletion and claims)
- Maintain and develop the personnel filing system & leave record of all af employees
- Managing official vehicles, their periodic maintenance, insurance, fuel etc.
- Payroll of all zones of station staff (north, center & south)
