| Job Description: |
Our Company is looking for Sales Coordinator, Biomedical Engineer Graduate, should have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in Quotations, Project Proposal and Government Tender preparation. Excellent Skills in MS office suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the entire sales team efficiently.
- Assure quality of sales related equipment and update if necessary
- Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Customer dealing, working on sales inquiry and matching specs
- Product suggestion to customers according to their stated requirement
- Quotation preparation, dealing with manufacturers and confirming the prices.
- Verification of prices from pricelists/emails or previous quotation.
- Prepare summary of the inquired item and get the factor.
- Finding Knock out specs of products and prepare tender specifications.
- Working on purchase orders and service parts pricing
- Informing customers about their ordered delivery status.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
