We are actively searching for a Lead Generation Representative to be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads. This is not a sales position; we have sales agents who handle that for us. Position Details:

The Lead Generation Representative will connect with potential clients from our existing database and/or from their lead generation efforts to make a first and lasting impression with them in order to facilitate the sales process for our agents. This job will involve cold calling to set sales appointments, and this will be the start of relationship building and creative problem-solving while also employing a customer-first philosophy. You will aim to set Information Technology service-related sales appointments.

What to Expect:

  • Schedule is Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Pakistan Time.
  • Contact United States businesses and set sales appointments.
  • Contact other regions as advised by company.
  • Make over 125+ calls daily at minimum.
  • Keep track of your performance and daily / weekly reports.
  • Opportunity to advance career into leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads via telephone and/or via other mediums as advised in a business-to-business fashion (B2B) and/or (B2C).
  • Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communication with new prospects and previous clients.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients with CRM ensuring all communications are logged, and information is accurate.
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • Must follow all protocols defined. No exceptions.

Must Have:

  • Punctuality and Organization – No Exceptions.
  • One year minimum of international B2B lead generation, sales, or marketing experience.
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed goals and activity quota.
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background check.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Qualifications:

  • Any of the following degrees is plus:
  • MBA / B-Comm / Business Administration.
  • Any international communication diploma / certification.
