Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy


• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics


• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital


• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management


• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance


• Monitoring  the recruitment process based on company's need


• Implementing and continuous improvement on  company's compensation & benefit program


• Timely and Accurate processing of Factory Staff and Workers monthly Payroll along with all related Salary inputs


• Analyze training needs and provide the training that need by employee

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or other related major


• Candidates who have HRM or HR Professional Certification will be preferred


• Have at least 5 years working experiences in HR dept for well known manufacturing company


• Fluent in English, Urdu or Mandarin


• Fully understand the business process, system of HR and in depth knowledge of Labor Law


• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company


• People & Data oriented and result driven, good communication and presentation skills


• Ability to architect strategy along with strong leadership skills
