- Nippon Paint’s Commercial Development Program (CDP) is a 06-month business & commercial skills development program, which is carefully crafted as a part of our talent management initiative to nurture and develop young talents in fueling the Company’s insatiable appetite for growth.

CDP aims at developing youth as potential leaders with competencies and skills, through cross-functional exposure and on-job development for their career growth.
Criteria:
- Fresh Graduates or Experience up to 1 year.
- Consider General Business administration along with Marketing specialization. (Candidates interested in Marketing/Sales other than Marketing specialization can be shortlisted if they are suitable)
- Actual position is sales and candidates have to perform fieldwork.
- Candidate must be willing to relocate for the first 6 months in Lahore. (Company will not entertain them regarding their accommodation, they have to manage on their own)
- After the completion of training they will be relocated to any region of Pakistan.
- Upon final selection, candidates have to sign a bond (2 Years Minimum), during this tenure they cannot switch and resign, if they want then they have to pay compensation.
