| Job Description: |
- Build relationships with customers
- Educate the customers on the platform and packages
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Schedule regular meetings for Field Sales Account managers
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Deliver on revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in customer relationship management or key account management and sales experience
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Computer literate, MS office proficient
- Self motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to manage conflict and bring about resolution
