| Job Description: |
- Ensuring all invoices are correctly recorded in the system.
- Perform three way matching of Vendor invoices with Delivery Challans, Material Receipt Notes and Purchase Order/ Agreements.
- Check proper Sales Tax / Provincial Sales Tax is charged by Vendor on Sales Tax Invoices.
- Check Casting and calculation of commercial invoice and Sales Tax invoice. Both invoices should be consistent.
- Mark correct tax deductions codes in SAP for Provincial Sales tax, Federal Sales Tax and Income Tax deduction during Invoice document entry.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of GRIR account.
- Prepare ageing of payables on weekly basis.
- Proper filling of documents/Record Keeping.
- Handling vendors queries independently
