Innovative Solutions is hiring a Market Research Analyst.

Working Days: Monday - Friday

• This role requires a person with the ability to see insights in data and to use these to make commercially- focused recommendations.


• The person will be responsible for the integration and visualization of the company’s online data, with prime focus on E-commerce.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in analytics role, preferably in an E-commerce company or an agency, with rich experience of handling research and analysis for mobile applications


• Expertise in understanding & executing complete research projects, both Quantitative & Qualitative, with full knowledge of Discussion guides, questionnaire designing, devising analysis plan, cleaning & checking of data and report writing with actionable insights


• Knowledge of Google analytics, Google tag manager, social media listening skills, mobile app performance management & E-commerce metrics


• Strong project management and analytical skills, with expertise in MS excel, MS Power point and handling databases, with excellent numerical skills


• Attention to details and results driven personality.


• Ability to work in teams and provide innovative solutions to problems in hand

Good to have:

• Not essential, but would be good to have knowledge & direct experience of using Business Intelligence Reporting tools (Cognos, Tableau, Quicksight, Datanet etc.)


• Basic level understanding of SPSS, SQL etc. and willing to develop the skill over time
