| Job Description: |
- Good Understanding of Leasing & Finance and Banking domain in diversified fields like Auto finance, consumer Financing, Islamic Banking etc.
- Knowledge of all functions of a Business Analyst, collection of Requirements and preparation of Requirement documents, interaction with development team and preparation of test cases of developers to help them in Unit testing and working on Functional testing to provide 100% error free deliveries.
- Provides documentation, diagrams, flow charts and any other materials needed to determine and show program will perform according to user request, conform to guidelines, demonstrate metrics and other presentations as needed.
- Analyzes and documents client's business requirements and processes and communicates these requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models.
- Provides input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develops business specifications to support these modifications.
- Facilitates meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
- Supports project manager/release manager by developing detailed project information such as detailed scope information, estimates, evaluation criteria and results, etc.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
- Exposer of Business Process Management (BPM), Agile Methodology, Software Testing (QA), Quality Concepts is an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of UML.
- Agile method of development.
- Tools like Visio, MS word, Excel, VSTS etc.
