| Job Description: |
- Technical leadership and establishing best practices for integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
- Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
- Manage vendor relationships, participate in vendor selection and bidding processes and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and IT Security leaders to maintain a robust information security posture for Salesforce systems to protect the privacy and confidentiality of Catalent’s data. Ensure team maintain strict compliance with IT & corporate policies.
- The incumbent will be responsible for managing a diverse team to foster an environment of collaboration, teamwork and metrics-based execution. Present and lead discussions between the business and IT.
