Looking for an 'Accountant'

Responsibilities:

• Should be capable of working independently for making accurate data entries and should be able to do various reconciliations and should be able to generate reports.
• Manage daily operation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, business cash & bank receipts, general ledger, expense accounting, purchase accounting, business cash & bank payments.
• Manage vendor payments, employee payments and book keeping and perform overall controller-ship role.
• Correct vouching and verification of every voucher submitted with high level of accuracy.
• Ensuring appropriateness of Supporting Documents.Prepare bank reconciliation, Inter Branch Reconciliation, Customer & Vendor Account reconciliation, capital assets accounting, month-end/ year end closing entries.
• Communicate effectively with Vendors/Auditors*

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of proven work experience in IT industry/software house.
• Candidate should have experience in MS Office.
• Quickbooks is preferred.Positive Personality with problem solving Attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Up to Rs35,000.00 per month

Qualification:M.com, MBA or B.com with relevant experience.
