We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Marketing Team. This is role an exciting opportunity join a young ambitious Brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working, eager Graphic Designer to join a growing team in a forward thinking and ever-expanding business with big ideas!

The brand based in the UK, having this opportunity to develop your knowledge of graphic design in a fresh and exciting e-commerce market. The successful candidate will be expected to create visually appealing content for a diverse range of online and offline marketing in line with the brand’s Marketing Plan.

You will make sure the visual identity of the Brand is always up-to-date, relevant, exciting and engages the audience with the various outlets.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing collaterals across channels, including social graphics, landing pages, videos, merch, email.


• Collaborate with the team to conceptualise and work on art direction for web outlets, campaigns, video, and seasonal branded events


• Understand the brand and constantly improve our brand design elements in all touch points such as emails, blogs, landing pages, socials, and ads


• Shape, grow and maintain the visual aspects of the brand with the team


• Ensure high quality work individually and as a team


• Developing innovative design concepts and initiatives for the brand

Qualifications:

• 3-4+ years’ experience in the creative field, extremely detail oriented and good eye for design.


• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite


• Strong online graphic design portfolio with a background in branding


• Experience with creating motion graphic design & animation


• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team efficiently


• Self-motivated and independent, able to run whole projects on your own and work in a fast-paced, agile environment


• Comfort and/or experience working as a remote employee as a part of a distributed team

Salary Range

25k-35k Depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe creative suite


• Portfolio of an example of work


• Must have your own Laptop/PC to meet minimum specs required.


• You must have your own reasonable internet connection, to be able to connect via zoom calls and team meetings.


• To be able to use industry software’s in digital marketing/ MS packages.

Key Technical Skills and Behaviors:

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe design suite


• Good verbal, written and presentation skills


• Good problem-solving skills with a creative flare and great attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team meeting strict deadlines


• Good working knowledge of digital channels and the bests way to optimize visuals.
