| Job Description: |
- To Assist in installation, maintenance and general support of systems.
- Assist users with questions or problems.
- Assist in system backup and recovery and installation of new software.
- Handles support requests and procedures across the network.
- Strong verbal skills proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Display a commitment to quality and strong multi-tasking skills
- Adherence to timeliness is key requirements.
- Preference would be given to the following skill set:
- 0-1 year of practice in the set up and installation of computer and networking equipment.
- 0-1 year maintaining laser printers. - 0-1 year of experience in Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating Systems, Linux, OR Cisco.
