A UK based company A2Z Resource Group is looking for young and energetic Contact Center Executives with excellent English Communication skills for its rapidly expanding Telecom division.

We Require:

• Excellent command over English language, both written and verbal.


• Reach out to potential customers and book appointments with the sales Team.


• Do the research about the company before calling out to the customer.


• Update the CRM after every call to ensure proper follow up against every lead.


• Direct the prospects and leads to the Sales Manager.


• Ability to deal with the customer through email and web chat.

Requirement:

• Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.


• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.


• Ability to work during the UK duty hours from Monday to Friday.
