Working Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
• Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best professionals.
• Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
• Understand the job descriptions of the assigned position thoroughly with complete information on the timeline.
• Source potential candidates on different platforms, like Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media Groups and etc. (Lead Generation)
• Cold Callings
• Scheduling, conducting Interviews.
• Run E-mail Campaigns.
• Maintain the internal database properly.
• Developed and maintain a relationship with subcontractors (Keeping the tract of their expertise).

Requirements:

• Proven work Experience of 5-10 years.
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in any field
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter/Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and VOIP structured)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills

How Will You Be Paid?

You will get Basic+ Commissions.

The Basic Salary is starting from 50,000 to 1, 50,000 and commissions (The sky is the limit).

We offer uncapped commission, so your earning potential is up to you. You will receive monthly increases and commissions based on how many you place. There is an opportunity to grow in this position.
