| Job Description: |
- Incharge of managing the school: academically and administratively.
- Understand and apply the principles of educational leadership, management skills and school / system laws. Develop and maintain top of the line school code of conduct.
- Set teacher and student performance goals, plan, supervise and mentor their professional growth and school improvement efforts.
- Present school, students and events to the wider community, parents and advocate on behalf of the school, ensuring enhancement of schools admission threshold to desired level.
- To facilitate the long term development of creative teaching and learning at a structural and systematic level, using the Creative School Development Framework and other resources.
- Supervise progressive, consistent curriculum improvement, ensuring protection of the unique system and intellectual property.
- Manage concerned government officials, faculty and staff, ensuring smooth functioning of the school and success of its programmes.
- Resolve students behavioral problems and work for their personality grooming as well as personalised education.
- Care for building, facilities, materials and supplies.
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth functioning and progressive improvement of the standards and practices.
