Responsibilities:

• Develop information technology training material that meets standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
•  Write relevant, creative, unique, rich and engaging content
•  Analyse existing source content and modify to add value to content
•  Maintain accurate records of content development stages
•  Coordinate with internal team- members, graphic designers, language editors, quality analysts and SMEs to complete the allotted tasks
•  Perform quality checks on allotted tasks
•  Develop IT related content for a variety of technologies and programming languages

MUST HAVE

• At Least 3 years content development experience in Software Company
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Excellent attention to detail
•  Ability to rephrase and modify content
•  Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast- paced environment
• strong understanding of how SEO can be integrated in content development
•  Ability to work with limited supervision
•  Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•  Intellectually curious to understand new technologies
